About me
With over two decades in K-12 and higher education, Trish helps schools turn research and frameworks into actual practice. Her expertise spans MTSS, Universal Design for Learning, instructional coaching, and strengths-based leadership approaches she's used to help schools remove barriers that keep students from thriving.
Trish comes from special education and instructional leadership. She designs and facilitates professional learning experiences grounded in research and real constraints. Her work focuses on making inclusive, culturally responsive practice sustainable, not just aspirational. She's presented at national and regional conferences on topics ranging from IEP implementation to systems-level change, and her contributions have earned recognition for innovation and impact.
She holds a Master's degree in special education and curriculum instruction, and is completing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation at Arizona State University. She's also a certified strengths-based coach and trained facilitator in crisis prevention and intervention.
Trish's work is about removing obstacles. She partners with educators and leaders to identify what's actually blocking change, then builds toward solutions that stick.
