I'm an Advanced ADHD Life Coach (A-CALC) who came to this work to support my own neurodivergent family — and found a passion in helping the helpers at every level, from individual teachers to district leadership teams. I support parents, teachers, schools, and districts not just with tactical strategies, but with deeper shifts in understanding that lighten the load and reduce burnout. My work blends neuroscience, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practices, ADHD-informed classroom design, and client-led coaching with compassion, understanding and a good dose of laughter.
