Caitlin Crossman is the Senior Professional Services Manager of Operations at Branching Minds. In this role, she partners with district and building leaders to support the successful adoption and implementation of the Branching Minds platform.Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri–Columbia and began her career as an elementary classroom teacher. She later earned a Master of Education in Educational Technology from Webster University.Throughout her career, Caitlin has served as an Instructional Specialist, providing coaching to teachers and delivering Tier 3 intensive reading and math interventions for students in grades K–5. She led her elementary school's MTSS implementation, facilitating grade-level and individual student problem-solving meetings centered on data-driven decision-making. She also brings extensive experience in educational technology, serving as a Lead Trainer for platforms supporting universal screening, progress monitoring, intervention management, and whole-child data visualization.
