MTSS Integrated Conference '26

This session explores the intentional steps taken to prepare our region for the sunset of the discrepancy model and the shift toward an RTI-based diagnosis for Specific Learning Disabilities. Participants will hear our story of how we mapped out the next few years, including key resources and professional development opportunities that supported this transition. Attendees will leave with practical ideas and tools to guide their own district's internal planning ahead of the 2028 deadline.
